- 가족과 들뢰즈-가타리의 <무리> ; 과정으로서의 가족 개념의 정립을 위하여 -
이 논문은 현대의 개인주의가 양산하는 많은 문제들에 대면하여 다시 공동체와 집단성을 사유하는 과정에서 마주치는 가족 문제를 재고찰하는 것을 그 출발점으로 하여, 가족을 고 려할 때 항상 대두되는 보수성과 그 이데올로기적 성격의 원인을 짚어보고, 그럼에도 불구 하고 우리가 가족에 대해 가지고 있는 로망이 이질성과 개방성을 담보하는 새로운 정치적 역동성의 근거가 될 수 없는지 묻는다. 그 과정에서 가족의 보수성이 신자유주의적 전략의 필수 동반자라는 사실과, 신자유주의 체제가 비단 경제적이기만 한 체제가 아니라 “우리의 영혼을 바꾸려는” 기획, 다시 말해 시장이 우리의 삶의 전반적인 기준이 되는 하나의 윤리가 되는 기획이라는 사실을 밝힌다. 또한 시장이 우리에게 제공한다고 기대되는 부와 광범위한 자유는 하나의 환상일 뿐이며, 우리는 사실 오로지 익명적인 부의 증가를 위해 요구되는 시 장이라는 기계의 한 부품으로 기능할 뿐임을 보인다. 이러한 지평에서 가족에 대한 새로운 개념화는 이를 <과정>으로 사유하는 것으로 완성될 수 있으리라고 보고, 이를 들뢰즈와 가타 리의 동물-되기와 더불어 사유되는 새로운 개념인 <무리>에 대응시키고자 한다.
Family and Deleuze’s “Pack” for positing the concept of family as process
This study aims to extract the positive elements of family so as to examine if it could be an alternative form of community or of group for solving a lot of social and politico-economic problems produced in modern times with individualism and capitalism. In this process we can discern that the conservativeness of family has an intimate relationship with neo-liberalism, the contemporary form of capitalism and that neo-liberalism is not just an economic strategy but a project of changing our soul, that is, of becoming ethics of our lives. But we try to enunciate that the wealth and liberty expected to be proliferated in the regime of neo-liberalism is just a fantasy and that we are only partial components of market system continuing to accelerate the movement of accumulation of capital. The flight from this movement is only achieved with a strategy of becoming-animals. And we can conclude that the herd could be a new mode of community which is not reduced nor relativised in relation to the capital.
